Fathers’ Ministry
This Ministry brings together men within the body of believers at Nyabugando Baptist Church. The ministry’s activities are centered at having the gifted men groom and empower each other and mentor the young adults.
Mothers’ Ministry
This is a vibrant ministry that brings together all the women in the Church. The ministry is in fellowship with the other mothers of the gospel in Kasese Baptist Association of Churches and Baptist Union of Uganda at a large. Some of the events include;
Seminars – Where a specific topic is dissected which is wholly beneficial to the mothers.
Mothers’ fellowships at intervals
Prayer and Fasting Sessions – Where a specific focus is identified, and mothers are enjoined to come together and participate in full day of prayer.
Home visitation, with help of the pastorate and mothers executive about 3 to 4 homes in the community are identified to be visited on every Thursday weekly. Sharing the word of God takes place, testimonies and offertory. Offertory collected is left with the host home.
Couples’ Fellowship Ministry.
The Couples’ Fellowship of Nyabugando Baptist Church is fellowship for all married men and women. It is an avenue for couples to develop friendship, sincere love and support for one another to reconnect the home, marriages and relationships to the love of Christ. There are planned events throughout the course of the year where couples come together to help strengthen the bonds of marriage between husband and wife. Currently, the aim is to have one program per quarter. These programs range from spiritual, physical and emotional fulfilling sessions starting with celebrating love during the Valentine period.
Some of the events include;
Seminars – Where a specific topic is dissected which is wholly beneficial to the marriage relationship
Prayer and Fasting Sessions – Where a specific focus is identified, and couples are enjoined to come together and participate in a half day of prayer
Physical walk coined ‘Love Walk’ and other recreational activities geared towards setting time aside to relax together, have fun and bond. These sessions often have spiritual activity packaged in them.
A couple’s conference that invites both church couples and those that have been wedded in Nyabugando Baptist Church happening every year.
